Employees of the Sammis plant pitched in to make the holiday season brighter for families in the Upper Ohio Valley. Each Christmas employees donate toys for children in need to the Urban Mission in Steubenville, Ohio.

This year the Urban Mission had approximately 1,000 children signed up in need of gifts.

The Urban Mission picked up the gifts at the plant and stocked the shelves in the Mission’s Christmas Shop. Parents then had the opportunity to stop in the mission to pick out toys for children aged 0-12.

The Sammis Plant has been involved with the Urban Mission program for years, and every season employees show their generosity and the spirit of the season by supporting this program.
