Employees at Mon Power’s Summersville Service Center came together to celebrate one year without an OSHA-recordable incident. Holly Kauffman, president, West Virginia Operations, presented the President’s Safety Excellence Award to the group’s 13 employees.

“Safety is our primary focus on each and every job. That means always following the proper safety procedures,” Holly says. “Members of our Summersville group have shown the dedication to watching out for their safety and that of their coworkers.”

In addition to the OSHA streak, Summersville has not recorded a lost work-time injury since August 2009.
