Employees in the following JCP&L work groups achieved safety milestones:

• Hopatcong – Utility Construction & Maintenance (UC&M) achieved 22 years without an OSHA-recordable incident. There are 15 employees in the group.
• Fleet Services – Twelve employees in the North New Jersey remote reporting night crew have worked OSHA-free for 22 years.
• Relay – Fifteen employees in the North New Jersey group achieved nine years without an OSHA recordable.
• East Hanover – The UC&M/Test group’s 15 employees eclipsed six years without an OSHA recordable.
• Revenue Operations – North New Jersey celebrated four years without a controllable motor vehicle accident. The group is comprised of 21 employees.
• Cookstown/Toms River – Meter Reading achieved one year without an OSHA recordable. There are 21 employees in the group.

Bargaining-unit employees at JCP&L are represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 1289.
