Michele has been a valued member of the FirstEnergy team for nearly eight years, serving as one of our dedicated Vegetation Management Specialists.

As the Ecologist for Vegetation Management, Michele helps ensure regulatory compliance by guiding threatened and endangered species protection and integrating habitat‑enhancing practices across our service areas. She takes great pride in balancing critical infrastructure needs with environmental responsibility — bringing scientific rigor and genuine stewardship to everything she does.

In addition to her daily work, Michele also leads the Potomac Edison Green Team, helping drive sustainability initiatives and environmental engagement across the region.
