Meet, Kiarah! Since joining FirstEnergy in 2022, Kiarah has brought heart and dedication to her role as a Customer Service Representative. “I love being a part of something bigger than myself,” she says. “I love helping in any way to uplift the community.”

Outside of work, Kiarah runs a small business creating pop-up picnics across New Jersey. From setup to final touches, she finds joy in designing beautiful, memorable experiences. “Decorating picnics is so fun – I love seeing it all come together!”
