Meet Janet! She’s been with FirstEnergy for over 13 years and is one of our Senior Customer Services Associates! She helps create schedules for our field collectors, assists them with customer payments and even helps customers understand their bill.

Janet is not only a team leader, she’s also a part of the FirstEnergy family. “I enjoy my position here at First Energy! Everyone on our team is really nice and they are all like my second family.”
