Welcome to People Behind the Power, our employee spotlight. Introducing Christy, who’s been with FirstEnergy for 19 years! Christy is one of our Technical Specialists who helps Operations teams identify opportunities to enhance processes and assists with reporting to drive continuous improvement.

One of her favorite things about her job is the opportunities the company provides to give back and volunteer in her local communities. “With the VTO program I have been able to recruit fellow employees to volunteer their time at the Warren Salvation Army. I’ve been volunteering for their Angel Tree program for over 10 years!”
