Meet Chad, one of our Supervisors in Engineering Services, who is celebrating a decade with FirstEnergy!

As a supervisor of reliability and asset management, Chad leads a team that helps customers understand issues like voltage fluctuations, flickering lights and outages. His team also supports troubleshooting equipment and provides engineering solutions to keep power reliable.

Chad says, “I love that we are customer-focused internally and externally, which makes solving challenging problems so rewarding!”
