Introducing, Chad! As an Operations Manager for over 21 years, Chad oversees multiple line shops and plays a vital role in supporting the teams that keep our communities powered. What does Chad love most about his job?

“The people,” he says. “The employees I work with now and in the past—I’m still in touch with many of them. That connection means a lot.”

But that’s not all Chad does! He also enjoys hand-stitching leather work—a hobby that turned into a side gig out of which he’s crafted and sold several custom pieces!

• Favorite animal: Definitely a squirrel
• Favorite season: Fall with cooler weather, evening fires and changing leaves; but, mostly because of my kids’ sports.
• Craziest thing ever eaten: The amount of pepper I like to put on top of my Heinz Ketchup!
