Ohio Edison Continues Streak as Customer Champion

Ohio Edison has been recognized as a Utility Customer Champion for the second year in a row by Market Strategies International-Morpace, a market research firm with more than 30 years of experience researching topics in the utility industry.

The firm selected Ohio Edison as one of a group of utilities in the natural gas, electric and combined utility sector to receive a 2018 award based on results from its Cogent ReportsTM residential study that revealed the companies with top-notch performance in the areas of customer brand trust, service satisfaction and product experiences.

According to Market Strategies-Morpace, utilities earning the Customer Champion designation are the most trusted providers in the industry, appealing to customers with offerings they understand and value. These companies have also established strong connections with their customers and are poised to deliver the services and products customers and regulators expect from 21st century utility companies.
