Our Met-Ed utility company and West Penn Power’s McConnellsburg Service Center have been honored by their local United Way agencies.

Met-Ed received the 2019 United Way of Berks County’s Top Ten Presidential Award – which is given to the agency’s top campaign fundraisers.

McConnellsburg Service Center employees were recognized by the United Way of Franklin County for having 100% participation in the 2019 United Way campaign. McConnellsburg was the only service center across our company to accomplish this outstanding distinction. It was the third consecutive year the service center has achieved full participation.
