JCP&L Work Groups Recognized for Safety

Employees in the following JCP&L work groups were recognized for their safety commitment:
- Fleet Services – Ten employees in Central New Jersey’s remote reporting night crew achieved 10 years without an OSHA-recordable incident.
- Wall – The Cable group’s 15 employees eclipsed 10 years without a controllable motor vehicle accident (CMVA).
- Toms River – Utility Construction & Maintenance has driven eight years without a CMVA. There are 13 employees in the group.
- Flemington – Thirty-five employees in the Lines group have worked seven years without an OSHA recordable.
- Morristown – Meter Services has driven six years without a CMVA. The group is comprised of 16 employees.
- Farmingdale – Underground Residential Distribution celebrated three years of OSHA-free work. There are 21 employees in the group.
- Boonton – The Lines group – comprised of 33 employees – achieved two years without an OSHA recordable.
- Long Branch – Twenty-nine employees in the Lines group marked one year of OSHA-free work.
Bargaining-unit employees at JCP&L are represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1289.
