JCP&L Takes Flight Again

June 6, 2019

Where can you see the Jersey Central Power & Light name spiral and zoom through the sky on a high-performance stunt plane? At the annual Greenwood Lake Air Show in West Milford, N.J. As it has done the past several years, JCP&L sponsored this high-flying event June 1-2 at the Greenwood Lake Airport. Stunt pilot Scott Francis thrilled attendees with aerobatic maneuvers in his single-seat, carbon-fiber MXS airplane, which carried the JCP&L logo along its back. In between flights, Scott met fans and signed autographs. Attendees also picked up a variety of giveaway items at the JCP&L booth. The show featured historic, high-performance and military aircraft on display and in the air, with a vintage, custom and muscle car/truck show on the ground.
