Joe Malda, consultant, Economic Development, conducted a virtual check presentation to the YMCA of York County.

The FirstEnergy Foundation grant of $5,000 will support the YMCA’s youth development, healthy living and social responsibility community programs. The grant also will help fund the New American Welcome Center, which works with people newly arriving from other countries to meet their unique and urgent needs, as well as raise the cultural awareness of York County residents.
