Christmas was a little brighter for some local families who are down on their luck this holiday season. In the weeks leading up to Christmas, Davis-Besse employees collected 251 toys, 81 coats, 133 pairs of gloves, 75 hats and 10 scarves/headbands for the Salvation Army.
Volunteers sorted and categorized the toys and coats to make things easier for distribution. Items were then delivered to the Salvation Army for distribution to deserving families.
