While on his meter reading route, Potomac Edison employee Jason Gladhill saw a woman fall and helped her up. According to the Martinsburg, W.Va., customer, Jason did not leave the scene until making sure she was not injured. Later, she called the Customer Contact Center to express her appreciation.

Jason works out of the Martinsburg Service Center.
