Keith Virga, manager, Operations Services, received the following letter commending the efforts of JCP&L employees – including Lynda Hartmann, Operations layout technician-senior in Newton, and Ray Alicata, Engineering Services layout technician-senior in Morristown – in helping to move a power line to resolve a customer’s safety concern.

We would like to express our sincerest thanks to the JCP&L staff and to recognize them for their customer support in relocating a power line on our property.

Ms. Lynda Hartmann and Mr. Raymond Alicata were open to our concerns and showed a true interest in solving an existing safety problem. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. All workers were very polite, professional and helpful … Our property was left in pristine condition with no residual damage or evidence of heavy equipment.

This service created genuine customer goodwill and satisfaction. Again, thanks to all concerned.
