The recipe is from the new FirstEnergy Favorites cookbook. Created by Chef Edward Bailey, lead, Food Services and his Food Services team, the book features more than 60 recipes of the most requested meals from meetings and luncheons over the years.
The book is dedicated to the memory of Lisa Mathes, Food Services cook, who passed away in 2020.
