Potomac Edison

A customer recently submitted the following message of appreciation after a winter storm knocked out power to her home in western Maryland.

We want to thank your employees for restoring power to our home during a recent storm. The crews worked in the sleet and rain for over 12 hours to get the lights back on. Thank you so much!

West Penn Power

The company recently received a letter from the owner of a lodge and restaurant who wanted to thank our crews for restoring his electric service so he could take care of his guests.

We wanted to reach out to the crews that restored our power after bad weather hit our area on Feb. 17. Thanks to your quick response, power was restored the next morning.

We were totally booked for the weekend for lodging and our restaurant. If we had not been able to open on Friday night, we would have suffered a significant financial loss.

After the folks in the call center explained how widespread the damage was, it was a relief to see your crews in the area.

Thank you.
