“It takes a total focus – on a team and individual basis – to work OSHA-free for 11 years,” says Scott Wyman, regional president, Penelec. “Shippensburg employees are setting a great example of what is required to eliminate the exposure that leads to safety incidents.”

Bargaining-unit employees at Shippensburg are represented by Utility Workers Union of America (UWUA) Local 180.
