A cross-functional team made up of employees from Customer Experience, IT and Communications has been hard at work improving how customers manage their electric account on firstenergycorp.com. Their top priority? Making it easier for customers to find what they need—quickly and easily.
What’s New?
Customers logging into My Account will now see a redesigned dashboard that brings key account details together in one convenient place, including:
- Current bill
- Billing history
- Account settings
- Usage information
- Outage reporting and updates
- Helpful links
A new feature, Account Messages, introduces an inbox where customers will receive important updates about their account or available programs.
Mobile-Friendly Navigation
Navigating My Account on a smartphone is now smoother than ever. The left-hand navigation has been replaced with a cleaner, top-of-page menu for a more intuitive experience.
